Introduction
JPVA Contemporary British Vase Design Concepts & Free-hand Arrangements, available in 3 levels, 16 designs per level – We will take you on an expedition through English signature modern yet romantic English vase arrangements – with focus on interior design and fashion, known for it’s luxurious sleek modern approach combined with the quintessential British flair and design expertise.
Whether in need of a gorgeous flower centerpiece for an important dinner party, gifting a loved one or just looking to brighten up your home. This course will introduce students to the contemporary vase design floristry styles while eliminating the use of flower foam (no oasis). We will emphasise on choice of containers, colour pairing, flower material selections and above all, the signature London style of presenting a glamorous design setting.

Suitable for students who have completed EFA Modern European Floral Designs and/or ECO to gain an introduction to foam-free flower arrangements. Also welcome students with basic western flower arranging experience and recommended for students who are looking to equip themselves with renowned world-class flower arrangement styles or interested in exploring different design styles and new skills.
About the Class
Interactive learning approach – Our classes are fun, informative, friendly and relaxed. We will present students with a handout covering the design of each class, including botanical names of the flowers and foliages used in both English & Chinese, sketches and sample photos (when applicable) to assist learning. Our Instructor will kick start each class with a detailed explanation, following a step-by-step teaching method to ensure students develop the necessary applicable techniques and skills.
Guided by our experienced instructors every step of the way with feedback as you focus on the building blocks of the craft and establishing a strong foundation of floral know-how. Everything you make is yours to take home – which will be another learning opportunity to observe different flowers and foliages’ full character and vase life.
