ACPD Diploma in European Floristry Essentials is our transformative design-led certified program for students who are keen to take their professional floristry skills and creative techniques to career professional level. Suitable for those who have built strong fundamental basics from our CPD. Foundation Diploma in Floral Concepts. This program is designed to expand students’ floral medium horizon, equip you with international standards and creative advances so as to make you a more all rounded, versatile florist.
Accredited by I.A.F Per Benjamin (Sweden) with Kunstmuseum Dan Haag (Holland), this Diploma in European Floristry Essentials consists of three globally applicable design courses: IFA. Floral Design Creation, NF. Contemporary Freehand Vase Arrangements in Minimalist Design, FRA. French Floral Design and two electives from our Eco-Floral series and Speciality Workshops.
The courses are designed to provide students with a range of creative floral design methods, practical skills and knowledge which will equip you to further learn and train as well as career progression within the floristry industry.

This is an exciting level of floristry where you will unveil European mastery as well as move away from instructor lead design forms and can start to explore your own style with the help from our instructors and class. We explore techniques and mechanics in more complex work to give you confidence and skill to build your design portfolio. The various courses of the ACPD. will develop your creative style and study different mechanics and design ideas.
To achieve the ACPD Diploma in European Floristry Essentials, students must have a prerequisite of CPD. Foundation Diploma in Floral Concepts and successfully complete all of the ACPD. mandatory components, as illustrated below.
Accreditation Pathway
Explore different practical and sustainable techniques to arrange flowers in different forms of vases without the use of flower foam.
Discover different practical techniques and designs focusing on hand-tie bouquets. Advance the classic spiral techniques, colour matching and recognize flowers unique gestures and textures.
Core Modules
Module 1
Our design advancing course, inspires and encourages students to explore and put their own interpretation to different design globally
Module 2
NUFLEUR floristry design concept is a French contemporary minimalistic style approach. Create refreshing and statement vase table arrangements, mastering a range of freehand techniques.
Module 3
Dive into the romantic and rich world of French floral creations. Colour and material selections, use of different texture of flowers and foliage to create that unique French vegetative style table arrangements.
Elective Group B
Choose 1
Enhance your skills in putting together more marketable gift bouquets. Pursue alternative wrapping techniques, with creative packaging design and hand-tie practices with seasonal ingredients.
Flourish your skills in creating grand opening flower basket stands. Suitable for florists who are interested in catering clients’ business celebrations.
