Introduction
NUFLEUR floristry design concept is an approach to French contemporary minimalistic style.
Bringing essential taste to the world of flowers and floral décor. A signature, unconventional and radical “NU” (new) way of applying flowers and foliage as a medium. NUFLEUR aims to bring a new, refreshing and striking design approach to everyday lives.
NB Contemporary Minimal Bouquet Designs, available in 3 Levels, 16 designs per level; challenges traditional hand-tied bouquet compositions and redefines these show-stopping statement bouquets in a practical, unique and elegant way. Leave a lasting impression with delicate, carefully and harmoniously arranged fresh flowers that never feel overdone in their clean-cut and refined simplicity. Minimal Bouquets can be arranged into a glass vessel, wrap simplistically as a floral gift bouquet or interpreted as a stylish hand-tied wedding bouquet.
Creative, Elegant and Tranquil. Students will be able to create refreshing and statement hand-tie bouquets while mastering a range of creative design techniques. Through the use of seasonal flowers, explore out-of-the-box hand-tied techniques whilst learning different materials application with the use of strings, copper wire, raffia, fresh foliages, aluminum coils, sticks etc. Hands-on techniques like tussy mussy, leafwork, bundling, plaiting, collaring, hedging and more will be covered throughout the course.
Knowledge on classic spiraling technique is recommended. Remarks: Aligning with the contemporary design style of NB. course, all bouquets will not include any packaging.
Suitable for students who have completed EFA. Modern European Floral Design Concepts and/or a taster of EHT Freehand Hand-Tied Bouquets to gain an introduction to hand-tied spiraling technique. Hobbyists, wedding stylists, florist bouquet staff, home lovers, interior designers, wedding planners, party floral decorators, hotel florists, etc, are also welcome. Recommended skills enhancing bouquet design course if students have already completed FG, WB, JPBB and/or FRA.

About the Class
Interactive learning approach – Our classes are fun, informative, friendly and relaxed. We will present students with a handout covering the design of each class, including botanical names of the flowers and foliages used in both English & Chinese, sketches and sample photos to assist learning. Our Instructor will kick start each class with a detailed explanation, following a step-by-step teaching method to ensure students develop the necessary applicable techniques and skills.
Guided by our experienced instructors every step of the way with feedback as you focus on the building blocks of the craft and establishing a strong foundation of floral know-how.
Everything you make is yours to take home – which will be another learning opportunity to observe different flowers and foliages’ full character and vase life.
