Introduction

NUFLEUR floristry design concept is an approach to French contemporary minimalistic style.


Bringing essential taste to the world of flowers and floral décor. A signature, unconventional and radical “NU” (new) way of applying flowers and foliage as a medium. NUFLEUR aims to bring a new, refreshing and striking design approach to everyday lives.

 

NS Innovative Minimal Structural Designs, available in 3 Levels, 16 designs per level; draws inspirations from Ikebana and German floral designs. NS floral arrangements are clean and simple with a touch of architectural craftsmanship. Students will be able to craft structural and compositional flower arrangements while mastering detailed rafting, scaffolding, weaving techniques and craft.

 

Popular for hobbyists, interior design enthusiasts, visual merchandise stylists and florists commercial displays designers.

 

Basic flower arrangement knowledge will be recommended, suitable for students who have completed EFA. Modern European Floral Design Concepts, ECO Freehand Vase Arrangement and/or a taster NF Contemporary Freehand Vase Arrangements in Minimalist Design to gain an introduction to freehand minimalistic flower arranging, aiming to learn different design styles & new skills.

 

NUFLEUR is a trademarked course registered by hkafa. hkafa offers exclusive access to this design series.

About the Class

Interactive learning approach – Our classes are fun, informative, friendly and relaxed. We will present students with a handout covering the design of each class, including botanical names of the flowers and foliages used in both English & Chinese, sketches and sample photos to assist learning. Our Instructor will kick start each class with a detailed explanation, following a step-by-step teaching method to ensure students develop the necessary applicable techniques and skills.

 

Guided by our experienced instructors every step of the way with feedback as you focus on the building blocks of the craft and establishing a strong foundation of floral know-how.

 

Everything you make is yours to take home – which will be another learning opportunity to observe different flowers and foliages’ full character and vase life.
